I have been running websites and blogging for over three years now. In the process I’ve tried different things and have ended up with a number of “loose ends” which contain useful information but I can’t keeping visiting and managing. This history is all readable from here now but is no longer updated or expanded.
All new information is published here on www.digivu.co.za I also have facebook and twitter accounts if you prefer this mode of communication, but everything appears here even if only through the twitter and facebook sidebars!

The original SAFPP information – this arises from the first site, which was published at CSIR as part of the Strengthening African Food Processing project. It contains a number of papers as well as a pretty novel link review for its time.

My first attempt at a personal blog that focussed on things related to my transition from full time employment.
SAFPP Links to The Web
This was my first use of the blog and was focussed on publicising links to useful food processing information on the INTERNET. This blog presented around 30 posts, many of which still contain links to valid and useful information.
It’s interesting to see that the original posts were long with much detail, but that I appear to have moved to my current style where the post only clarrifies what the information is about and what I think its value is.
